Atheist ,Elitist Ayn Rand 's Disciples Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney ,The Republican Party and The Christian Right

* Paul Ryan 's favorite philosopher Ayn Rand not Jesus or Gandhi or Martin Luther King Jr.

* Ayn Rand's ethical stance of Nature or God approved Morality of "Selfishness"

* Ayn Rand and her disciples represent what the Republican party has now become -racist and as mean spirited as Ayn Rand or William F. Buckley Jr. or David Dukes .

UPDATE: Racist Sheriff Joe Arpaio the darling of American conservatives and racist for his tough on crime stance .

Sheriff Arpaio has spent an inordinate amount of time and resources of his police force to investigate the Birther Conspiracy myth trying to prove Obama is not an American citizen and that Obama is a stooge for some sort of cabal of Muslims and communists out to destroy America.

But it appears Arpaio is not so interested in other serious crimes such as sexual assault cases.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio Soft On Sex Crimes?

A new ad from his Democratic opponent, Paul Penzone, goes at him for something else: his office's mishandling of 400 sex crimes...".* Ana Kasparian and Cenk Uygur discuss on The Young Turks.

Paul Ryan And Ayn Rand

"The reason I got involved in public service, by and large, if I had to credit one thinker, one person, it would be Ayn Rand ."

That's freshly minted GOP vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan talking -- statements he would eventually recant -- at a party celebrating what would have been the prolific author's 100th birthday...".*

Did Rand, a libertarian darling, idolize serial killer Walter Edward Hickman? The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Rand hates altruism and religions that foster love and tolerance and compassion .

She sounds a lot like Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Lou Dobbs , Ann Coulter,Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage , Newt Gingrich, and other racist and Islamophobes such as Pam Geller who's website is titled "Atlas Shrugs" taken from an Ayn Rand novel except forthe fact that they all disengenuously claim to be religious . For them religion is just another tool in their propagndist bag of tricks.

But as has been pointed out many times the Jesus these conservative extremists and racist and Islamophobes believe in was misunderstood when so many Christians read too much into the Sermon on the Mount and the Beatitudes .

The Sermon on the Mounts they see as misunderstood or poorly translated or just an abberration in the life of an otherwise noble and fearless capitalist. .

These conservative Christians and Republicans and Neo-cons and other neo-fascist instead believe in a Republican gun totting mean spirited pro-capitalist anti-the poor anti-the weak and pro-rich Jesus of Nazareth.

Their Jesus is an angry macho no nonsense manly man who in their view preached against compassion, tolerance and the evils of freedom of religion or that great scourage of the current Western Civilization "multicultualism and pluralism.

Will the Christian Evangelicals and Jewish extreme right and Neocons take a public stand in favour of Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney and their hero Ayn Rand.

Ayn Rand is popular among ultraconservatives and of course the Republicans and some Neo-Liberals. Ayn Rand 's philosophy is on the extreme of the right.

She believed in de-regulated unfettered capitalism while she condemned altruism in any form.

What matters she believed was the individual not groups or society.

The weak she believed should not be pandered to or helped since this would only lead to these mentally or physically challed weak people to live longer and to breed. Yes her philosophy is very close to that of Hitler and the Nazis.

She defined morality by what felt right to her that is if it benefited her or any other individual then it was the moral thing to do. If that action led to suffering of others then so be it. Those who might suffer are those who are merely the weak or the "takers" as opposed to the "makers".

Hitler used the terms "Eaters" vs " producers".

She believed in the doctrine of the survival of the fittest which was an erroneous and facile interpretation of Darwin's Theory of Evolution.

Odd how these conservatives and their fellow Evangelical Christians are quite happy to adopt this bastardize version of Evolution turning into what in the 19th century was referred to as "Social Darwinism".

For instance Pastor John Hagee said that those who for whatever reason do not work should be allowed to starve and die thereby ridding the human race of these genetically or socially or psychologically weak indivuals who merely infect like a disease the human gene pool.

And Mitt Romney should be right at home with Paul Ryan and Ayn Rand since his devotion to his religious beliefs was just another thing to put on his resume.

His real devotion is to himself and to money and wealth at any cost. In his businesses he was ruthless and self serving and had no real interest in the suffering of the workers who lost their jobs or a town that lost its only big employer. He refuses to allow the public to see his tax returns. He also sees nothing wrong with making enormous amounts of money from his fellow citizens and then hiding the money off-shore so he can pay fewer taxes . This he calls patriotism and justice and fair play.

Mitt Romney is nothing like his parents who were fairly thoughtful altruistic and compassionate human beings who rejected the extremism of the John Birch Society and Barry Goldwaters extremism and his belief in segregation which at that time coincided with the beliefs and doctrines of the LDS/Mormon church. They were willing to fight for what they considered just commonsense and the belief that all peoples are created equal and that no people is better than others and that black Americans deserved the same rights and freedoms as other Americans .

As George Romney said he believed that all men are God's children not just the "white and Delightsome" as the church preached until 1978.

George Romney was willing to face the wrath of his church and the possiblility of excommunication and banishment and doing great damage to his political career by going against the status-quo of the Republican party in order to stand up for what he believed. He had a character trait that his son doesn't have that is integrity .

So where did he get all his crazy ideas about giving tax cuts to billionaires - eliminating Medicare - and robbing schoolkids of an education? Here's what Congressman Paul Ryan said about Ayn Rand.
