Rachel Maddow: Romney a victim of bad advice in botch of Akin scandal?

"Nothing short of great Civil War of Values rages today throughout North America. Two sides with vastly differing and incompatible world-views are locked in a bitter conflict that permeates every level of society...the struggle now is for the hearts and minds of the people. It is a war over ideas. And someday soon, I believe, a winner will emerge and the loser will fade from memory. For now, the outcome is very much in doubt."
Quote From: Dr. James Dobson, Children at Risk, p. 19–20

Mitt Romney and the GOP party establishment had hoped to use the ousting of Todd Aikin would show the Republicans are not as extreme as they are depicted or as they actually. Actually the GOP is even more extreme than they are depicted by much of the Mainstream Media especially Fox News, CNN, and others who abuse their positions defending their support of the Republicans and their dislike of Obama are once again showing that true journalism and investigative journalism and the notion of integrity in journalism is seen as Condi Rice would say quaint and outdated .

The anti-abortion with no exceptions is not just the view of Todd Akin or a few other "outliers" in the GOP. In fact the no exception policy is part of the Republican Party's platform and ideology.

Over 40 Republicans in Congress and Senate also agree with Akins no exceptions for abortions .
