#JusticeForTrayvon Another Trayvon Martin style murder by police . Kenneth Chamberlain  was 68 year old US Marine Veteran . It was his misfortune to be a Black Man in racist America. In his case the police were not forthcoming about tapes recording the incident.

Chamberlain had a heart  problem for which he wore a medical alert band which accidentally went off. The  police officers showed up at his door. He said he was fine which should have been the end of the incident. Instead police entered his home Tazzed him and then shot him. Another form of vigilante police officers misreading the situation and taking a belligerent stance against Trayvon martin.

As the Trayvon Martin case draws national attention, we look at another fatal shooting of an African-American male that has received far less scrutiny. Kenneth Chamberlain, Sr., a 68-year-old African-American Marine veteran, was fatally shot in November by White Plains, NY, police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant. The officers broke down Chamberlain’s door, tasered him, and then shot him dead. Audio of the entire incident was recorded by the medical alert device in Chamberlain’s apartment. We’re joined by family attorneys and Chamberlain’s son, Kenneth Chamberlain, Jr., who struggles through tears to recount his father’s final moments, including the way police officers mocked his father’s past as a marine. "For them to look at my father that way, (with) no regard for his life, every morning I think about it," he says.

DemocracyNow covers another story about the police targeting African-Americans for stop and frisk and the use of unnecessary force -the NYPD shot and killed Ramarley Graham because they suspected he was trying to flush drugs down a toilet. So again the NYPD officers acted as judge, Jury and executioners in another Lynching of an African-American male.The GOP, the Yea Party Gang of racist see nothing wrong being done by police or civilians taking justice into their own hands.
It used to be that the police were supposed to arrest suspects now in the case of African-Americans and Hispanic Americans the attitude appears to be anything goes since according to the pro-police uber-conservative racist all Black and Hispanic Americans are guilty of something so shooting them is reasonable.

Ramarley Graham: NYPD Slays Unarmed Black Teen as Outrage over Targeting of People of Color Grows

The New York City Police Department is under mounting criticism after police shot dead an unarmed teenager inside his own home. Eighteen-year-old Ramarley Graham was shot at close range in his parents’ apartment in the Bronx after being chased into the house by narcotics detectives. Police said they found marijuana in the home and think Graham may have been trying to flush some down the toilet. The NYPD is coming under criticism not only for shooting Graham, but also for its broader stop-and-frisk policy, which critics say disproportionately targets people of color. On Monday, about 500 protesters rallied in the Bronx to condemn the police treatment of black youth. We speak to Jamel Mims, an organizer with the Stop Mass Incarceration Network, which is working to end the practice of "stop and frisk," and Nicholas Peart, who is serving as a witness in a federal class action lawsuit challenging "stop and frisk" as racist and unconstitutional

Independent Autopsy Shows Man Died From Police Brutality

After months of no progress in the investigation of the death of 45-year-old Darrin Hanna, his relatives conducted an independent autopsy which brings new evidence that his death was a direct result of beating by North Chicago cops.

Darrin Hanna succumbed to injuries after getting beaten by six police officers who came in response to a domestic dispute 911 call. They beat the man and shocked him with a stun gun repeatedly for 20 minutes, even though he didn’t resist arrest.

Attorney Kevin O’Connor says that the autopsy undoubtedly proves that Hanna’s death was caused by severe beating. Some of the numerous injuries listed in the detailed report include multiple internal contusions and acute spleen damage. It is also most likely that the beating triggered sickle cell disease in Hanna’s body. “It’s commonly known that sickle cell can be brought on by trauma. And as result of that trauma he had multi-system organ failure and died, O’Connor said.
