NYPD RNC 2004 --8 years later arrests ruled illegal Justice Delayed is Justice Denied

In 2004 at the Republican national Convention 1,800 people were arrested and now 8 years later a judge finds at least 260 of these arrests were wrongful arrests and/or unconstitutional .
