One of the problems with these privatize militias or mercenaries operating under contract from the United States is that they seem to operate in some vague legal shadow-land to whom are they answerable the United States claims these groups have immunity as private contractors or some suggest they are accountable to the Iraqi Puppet Regime but this does not seem to be the case & does the Great Decider Emperor Bush know the answer well apparently not as this video illustrates:
