The Christian Evangelical Fundamentalists support Israel because according to their Endtimes scenario Israel must take back all the land promised to them by Jehovah This reconstituted Israel is referred to as Eretz Yisrael ( Hebrew: אֶרֶץ יִשְׂרָאֵל ) And see: Eretz Israel HaShlema / Greater Israel .
This also means the Israelis must destroy the Islamic Dome of the Rock so the Israelis can rebuild the ancient temple of Israel
Then comes Armageddon and the destruction of all Jews except for a a group of 144,000 Jews who will convert to Christianity.

June 02, 2010 — A day after a botched Israeli raid to stop the Gaza "Freedom Flotilla" from carrying some 700 activists and 10,000 tons of humanitarian aid to the besieged territory, details remain scant about the operation, in which at least nine activists were killed.
Several ships were towed into the port around noon on Monday. The largest passenger ship, the Turkish-flagged Mavi Marmara arrived about 6:45 p.m. Monday as the sun was setting on a day that saw at least nine of the approximately 600 activists on board killed in a skirmish with Israeli commandos.
Israel has also barred journalists from accessing the Ashdod port to which the ships, and their passengers, were towed -- and even the wounded were being treated at hospitals under heavy military guard.

Former detainee and the head of the Census Department at the Palestinian Ministry Of Detainees, Abdul-Nasser Farawna, stated that Israel conducted 700.000 arrests since June of 1967, including dozens of thousands of children and more than 10.000 women.
Farawna also stated that 198 Palestinians died due to torture, medical negligence, while some of them were shot and killed by their arresting officers. Hundreds of detainees died after they were released due to health issues related to their arrest and torture.
The researcher added that the army does not target a specific segment of the society as the illegal arrests target women, children, elderly, students, lawyers, doctors and workers, and that most of the kidnapped Palestinians were tortured.
Approximately 420.000 Palestinians were kidnapped by the army in the period between 1967 and the beginning of the first Intifada in 1987.
The army also conducted 210.000 arrests during the years of the first Intifada, between December 1987 and 1994.
The arrests rate dropped after the Oslo peace agreement of 1994 until September 2000, as Israel conducted 1700 arrests each year.
But after the second Intifada started in late September 2000 until this day, the army carried more than 70.000 arrests with a rate of 7000 arrests each year.
