Some of the biggest companies in the United States have been firing workers and in some cases lobbying for rules that depress wages at the very time that jobs are needed, pay is low, and the federal budget suffers from a lack of revenue.

Meanwhile Egypt's military rulers continue their violent and brutal crackdown on protesters at Tahrir Square . Opposition accuses Egypt's military and police of using torture to get false confessions from those incarcerated. So far not much has changed since the ousting of Mubarak.

Cairo -- Egyptian security forces wielding batons, firearms and tear gas attacked defiant protesters Tuesday on the fifth consecutive day of clashes in Cairo's Tahrir Square, witnesses told CNN.

...Demonstrators and security forces have been battling since Friday in Tahrir, the epicenter of the uprising that brought down Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak earlier this year. At least 14 deaths in the latest spate of violence were confirmed as of Monday.

The shocking images of brutality that went viral across the Internet intensified the crisis in Egypt, the world's most populous Arab nation. One video showed a military police officer stomping on a woman's exposed stomach over the weekend, a video that sparked outrage.

A "Million Woman" demonstration was planned for Tuesday afternoon in the square to protest the military's treatment of female demonstrators.

Navi Pillay, the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights, released a statement Monday condemning what she called "vicious" and "brutal" assaults filmed over the weekend.

"The ruthless violence being used against unarmed women protesters is especially shocking and cannot be left unpunished," Pillay said.

...The military displayed videos of young boys who confessed that they received money from men who asked them to throw Molotov cocktails and rocks at security forces and burn government buildings such as the Cabinet. Many journalists attending the news conference applauded Gen. Adel Amar after his speech.

"The military fabricated these videos and forced the young boys to give these testimonials. They also invited local military correspondents loyal to the establishment that were seen clapping away after the press conference, which was broadcast live on state TV. It is a propaganda move to bury the revolution and portray us as paid thugs with no political horizon," Shath added

Another blow to America's reputation as the EU bans the sale of drugs used in US executions as a means to get US authorities to reconsider the use of capitol punishment.

Un-Happy Holidays for Seniors and the Disabled – Here’s Your Donut by Donna Smith, CommonDreams.org, December 20, 2011

It isn’t sugar plums dancing in their dreams for America’s seniors and disabled who are covered by the Medicare program. It’s donuts. Donut holes into which many fall at this time of the year as they reach the maximum limits of the first tier of “Part D” prescription drug benefits.
...I’d write shame-shame, but I’d say they’re a little beyond shame, wouldn’t you? Someday when we finally reach the point where a progressively financed, single standard of high quality care is guaranteed for all, we won’t leave our seniors and the disabled worried and upset for the holidays. Perhaps we’ll decide to honor them a bit more than what we have so far.
In the meantime, this holiday season if you know someone who relies on some combination of Medicare and supplemental benefits to help with their medical costs, ask if they need some help. Because many of them cannot join up out at “Occupy” sites and weigh in that way (though I’ll bet many would if they could) and because the people they elected to protect them aren’t too interested in this issue right now as they rush to get home for the holidays. Seniors and the disabled who have slipped into the donut hole aren’t on the radar this year – at least not until it’s turn-out-the-vote time.

As the people were tricked into going to war with Iraq they have also supported the wars in Afghanistan and Pakistan and the whole sale slaughter by the US of tens of thousands of Libyans . Since the time of Bush's Axis of Evil speech in 2002 the powers that be the 1% has been leading America in to more wars. As long as the casualties of American troops are kept low the Mainstream Media and millions of Americans will go along with war on Iran while supporting the brutal anti-Democracy regimes in Yemen, Egypt, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan and Israel.

President Obama having being kicked out of Iraq and Pakistan and soon Afghanistan used the Libyan War as a Public Relations stunt to improve his image and he appears to believe that talking tough about Iran and possibly bombing Iran will seal the deal for his bid for a second term . As long as no one from the 1% and the elites which support them don't get killed in a shooting war they are all for it.

Hilary Clinton, John McCain , Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Karl Rove, Condi Rice have been urging war with Iran since at least 2002. But of course America's hatred of Iran and the Iranian people goes back to the ousting of one of America's favorite brutal Monarch The Shah of Iran which was followed by the hostage taking of US diplomats for which America never forgave Iran.

Soon after this the US used Saddam and the Iraqi people to stage an all out unjustified and illegal war against Iran in the 1980s but Iran managed to keep its sovereignty and repel Saddam.

In fact if the Americans, British and French etc. hadn't sided with Saddam Iran might have won the war.

Actually, at the time we already knew the intelligence was incorrect because inspectors were checking out the claims made by U.S. intelligence -- BEFORE President Bush started the Iraq war -- and none of the intel turned out to be accurate. Romney has told this lie before. The truth is Saddam WAS letting the inspectors from the United Nations into the various places that they wanted to go. And the IAEA was NOT blocked from going into the palaces.

Inspectors had been in Iraq since November 2002. They remained until the UN Secretary-General ordered their evacuation on March 17, just three days before US and British troops invaded Iraq.

...One year ago today (December 17th), Mohamed Bouazizi, a man who had a simple produce stand in Tunisia, set himself on fire to protest his government's repression. His singular sacrifice ignited a revolution that toppled Tunisia's dictator and launched revolts in regimes across the Middle East.

Three months ago today, Occupy Wall Street began with a takeover of New York's Zuccotti Park. This movement against the greed of corporate America and its banks -- and the money that now controls most of our democratic institutions -- has quickly spread to hundreds of towns and cities across America. The majority of Americans now agree that a nation where 400 billionaires have more wealth than 160 million Americans combined is not the country they want America to be. The 99% are rising up against the 1% -- and now there is no turning back.

Twenty-four years ago today, U.S. Army Spc. Bradley Manning was born. He has now spent 570 days in a military prison without a trial -- simply because he allegedly blew the whistle on the illegal and immoral war in Iraq. He exposed what the Pentagon and the Bush administration did in creating this evil and he did so by allegedly leaking documents and footage to WikiLeaks. Many of these documents dealt not only with Iraq but with how we prop up dictators around the world and how our corporations exploit the poor on this planet. (There were even cables with crazy stuff on them, like one detailing Bush's State Department trying to stop a government minister in another country from holding a screening of Fahrenheit 9/11.)

The WikiLeaks trove was a fascinating look into how the United States conducts its business -- and clearly those who don't want the world to know how we do things in places like, say, Tunisia, were not happy with Bradley Manning.

Mohamed Bouazizi was being treated poorly by government officials because all he wanted to do was set up a cart and sell fruit and vegetables on the street. But local police kept harassing him and trying to stop him. He, like most Tunisians, knew how corrupt their government was. But when WikiLeaks published cables from the U.S. ambassador in Tunis confirming the corruption -- cables that were published just a week or so before Mohamed set himself on fire -- well, that was it for the Tunisian people, and all hell broke loose.

People across the world devoured the information Bradley Manning revealed, and it was used by movements in Egypt, Spain, and eventually Occupy Wall Street to bolster what we already thought was true. Except here were the goods -- the evidence that was needed to prove it all true. And then a democracy movement spread around the globe so fast and so deep -- and in just a year's time! When anyone asks me, "Who started Occupy Wall Street?" sometimes I say "Goldman Sachs" or "Chase" but mostly I just say, "Bradley Manning." It was his courageous action that was the tipping point -- and it was not surprising when the dictator of Tunisia censored all news of the WikiLeaks documents Manning had allegedly supplied. But the Internet took Manning's gift and spread it throughout Tunisia, a young man set himself on fire and the Arab Spring that led eventually to Zuccotti Park has a young, gay soldier in the United States Army to thank.

And that is why I want to honor Bradley Manning on this, his 24th birthday, and ask the millions of you reading this to join with me in demanding his immediate release. He does not deserve the un-American treatment, including cruel solitary confinement, he's received in over 18 months of imprisonment. If anything, this young man deserves a friggin' medal. He did what great Americans have always done -- he took a bold stand against injustice and he did it without stopping for a minute to consider the consequences for himself.

Regardless of Obama's posturing about troop withdrawal from Iraq ;it was not a voluntary withdrawal . The Iraqi government insisted that the American's leave or they would start prosecutions of crimes committed by U.S. forces . Given the circumstances Obama's triumphalism is misplaced and appears as merely a disingenuous  talking point for his re-election campaign . If he believes that this is a victory than he is not just mistaken but is deluded as much as George W. Bush was when he pre-maturely in a publicity stunt and a photo-op declared "mission Accomplished".

..."Today I can report that, as promised, the rest of our troops in Iraq will come home by the end of the year. After nearly nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over," Obama bragged reporters on October 24th.

The UK Guardian noted: "But he had already announced this earlier this year, and the real significance today was in the failure of Obama, in spite of the cost to the U.S. in dollars and deaths, to persuade the Iraqi prime minister Nouri al-Maliki to allow one or more American bases to be kept in the country."

Obama's talk-no-walk approach to foreign policy is also on display on Guantánamo, the torture camp set up by the Bush Administration where thousands of Afghans and other Muslim men, including children, were imprisoned and tormented without evidence of wrongdoing. Only 171 prisoners remain there today, held under appalling conditions.

Yet the "war on terror" mentality remains in full force.

Obama ordered the construction and expansion of a new concentration camp at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan to house thousands of new and current inmates in the U.S. torture system. Now The New York Times has discovered that the Obama Administration has developed "the other Guantánamo, an archipelago of federal prisons that stretches across the country, hidden away on back roads" inside the United States. Hundreds of Muslim men have been imprisoned by means of the thinnest veneer of legality.

"An aggressive prosecution strategy, aimed at prevention as much as punishment, has sent away scores of people. They serve long sentences, often in restrictive, Muslim-majority units, under intensive monitoring by prison officers. Their world is spare," announced the paper.

Aware that "his" war against Afghanistan isn't much more popular among voters than the occupation of Iraq, Obama set a 2014 for withdrawal from the Central Asian state several years ago.

...A day after visiting Iraq, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta spoke to reporters in Turkey on Saturday and said this, according to the DoD’s own site:

“There is no question that the United States was divided going into that war,” he said. “But I think the United States is united coming out of that war. We all recognize the tremendous price that has been paid in lives, in blood. And yet I think we also recognize that those lives were not lost in vain. . . .

“As difficult as [the Iraq war] was,” and the cost in both American and Iraqi lives, “I think the price has been worth it, to establish a stable government in a very important region of the world,” he added.

The “price” that Panetta believes is “worth it” includes dead civilians in the hundreds of thousands, countless more maimed, millions of Iraqis internally and externally displaced (a huge number who remain so), tens of thousands of American soldiers killed and/or injured, and at least $1 trillion spent, contributing to “austerity” so severe that Panetta himself has been urging cuts to core social programs. That is above and beyond future Saddam-like oppression, tyranny and sectarian strife under the Malaki regime. As the always-insightful military historian and former Army Colonel Andrew Bacevich put it this week: “Recalling that Saddam’s weapons of mass destruction and alleged ties to al-Qaeda both turned out to be all but non-existent, a Churchillian verdict on the war might read thusly: Seldom in the course of human history have so many sacrificed so dearly to achieve so little.”

Panetta’s statement is highly reminiscent of the 1996 2001 incident in which Secretary of State Madeleine Albright was asked by Leslie Stahl on 60 Minutes about the sanctions regime imposed on Iraq: “We have heard that a half million children have died. I mean, that’s more children than died in Hiroshima. And, you know, is the price worth it?” Albright replied: “I think this is a very hard choice, but the price–we think the price is worth it.” They’re similar not just because the words are virtually identical, though they are, but also because they spring from the same rotted imperial mentality...

Even now 2011 many white Americans believe only White Americans should have equal rights and all Non-Whites should be viewed as suspect as being lazy, work shy, would be criminals and drug dealers, murderers and rapists. So these groups accordingly should be denied equal rights.
These Uberconservative Nativists believe America's values were undermined beginning in 1954 with the Supreme Court Ruling against segregated schools followed later by striking down all the Jim Crow Laws in the United States and even insisting that Non-whites had the same rights as all other Americans including the right to vote .

Sheriff Arpaio over the last five years or so has become a symbol of a real American for these racist nativists while he became a symbol of what's wrong with America for the rest of Americans who believe in equal rights and Justice for all not just the White Christians or the Rich and powerful.

After a long walk of 4.5 miles to Tent city jail at Durango and 31 Ave in Phoenix, the minuteclan and their white supremacists buddies were shouted down by an overwhelming, like in the 1000's, coalition of local community members. The pro-Joe contingent displayed their venom and hatred for anyone not perceived to be American. While the anti-Joe group held a rally for respect of all those incarcerated in the tortuous, Maricopa County Prison complex behind the police line. Julio Cesar Mora is a U.S. citizen and an Indigenous man of Mexican heritage born in Avondale, Arizona. Julio and his 66 years old father were detained by Maricopa County Sheriff Office agents, when they were driving to work. Immediately they were ordered to get out of the car and got handcuffed with zip ties.

Around 2:00pm Friday, August 7, 2009, my boyfriend (black male) and I were arrested because of supposed identification issues. My boyfriend and I had taken our previous cases to court in June and won. At the same time through a two day trial, I caught the cop (racist cops in AZ. Please do research on Sheriff Joe Arpaio.) doing perjury on the stand (assisted by the Prosecuting Attorney's Office). And since I filed charges against that cop and I have a hearing this Tuesday for the perjury charges against him, my boyfriend and I have been harassed and pulled-over three times.

Obama is still supporting the notion of indefinite detention of US citizens . He has also added to this the legal use of US military against US citizens .
Obama has also made it legal to assassinate US citizens along with non-US Citizens .
Obama claims the US no longer uses torture techniques on detainees and yet he has approved the use of Enhanced interrogation techniques on alleged terrorists or those deemed enemies of the state.
The enhanced Interrogation techniques when reviewed are just more "torture Techniques' dressed up to appear benign and as being within international law which in fact they are not.
As I have mentioned previously President Obama has also defended the use of banned weapons such as Cluster bombs, White phosphorus/Napalm on civilians and the use of Drones against civilian targets and the use of landmines and Bunker Buster Bombs and the right if necessary to use Nuclear Weapons in a first strike.
Obama also refuses to release the prisoners in Guantanamo or other military or CIA detention centers many of whom have never been formally charged or tried in an open civilian court. Instead Obama and others on his staff assure us as Cheney did that these are the worst of the worst.
President Obama has also resisted the pleas of Human Rights organizations and International law to sign on to the Child Soldier designation by which Child Soldiers are to be treated not as belligerents or enemy combatants but as victims who are in need of rehabilitation not brutal draconian incarceration.

As we have seen in the case of alleged wikileaks whistleblower Bradley Manning Obama has justified holding him prisoner for about two years and has kept him in solitary confinement for most of that time.
Extended internment in solitary confinement is considered by international law as cruel and unusual punishment tantamount to torture.
And with the unnecessary war of Aggression against Libya billed as a Humanitarian mission we see that president Obama is just another American President out to expand the American Empire at the end of a bayonet and non-stop carpet bombing of non-military facilities and the mass murder of Libyan civilians by the tens of thousands .

Now President Obama asks the American people to believe that he will not use the extraordinary power given to his office and to the US military to assassinate US citizens, or to put them in indefinite detention or to torture them or to use the US military on American citizens. He claims he needs these powers just in case??? He sounds as bad as president Bush and Cheney and the gang.

It is so dumb, in fact, that it disputes itself. Behold:

The detainee provisions are seriously flawed, but it is inaccurate and irresponsible to claim, as both the American Civil Liberties Union and Human Rights Watch have, that this bill represents a return to the “McCarthy era.” This argument overlooks the key factor in assessing the scope of military detention. President Obama has made clear he does not want military detention in the United States, and Congress has already recognized that he has discretionary power to interpret detention authority to rule that out.

Obama says he won't consign American citizens to military detention, and that's good enough for us!

Now skip to the end:

Yes, a future president may interpret that authority differently, but that is both a fight for another day ...

As many have pointed out, the detention powers in the NDAA aren't new. Bush rammed them through an intimidated Congress after 9/11, and they were later limited to a degree by a series of Supreme Court decisions.

NDAA reaffirms and codifies those executive powers, 10 years after the attacks, and severs them from 9/11. Gude is probably right that this administration won't detain U.S. citizens accused of terrorism -- which doesn't do much for the due process of non-citizens -- but what about President Chelsea Clinton or a lunatic like Michele Bachmann? What about the next administration to feature a Dick Cheney?

Whatever else one wants to say about the administration's handling of the NDAA, it proved an old political cliché: regardless of who is in office at the time, once grabbed, the executive branch never gives up power without a fight.

Though the US government and the Obama White House publicly declared they were in favor of reform and moves towards democracy in Arab nations it appears to have been just the same old public lies while secretly taking actions to stop reform in these countries.
But we have been aware of this duplicity on the part of the Obama administration going back to Obama 's lack of criticisms of Israel's war in Gaza and later Obama's support for the military coup in Honduras and his lack of criticisms in the wake of the murders by the IDF on one of the ships in the Free Palestine Flotilla or his defense of the brutal crack down in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain while inciting citizens to violence in Iran and so forth.

More disturbing news about US helping dictators and authoritarian anti-democracy regimes to crush the Arab Spring Uprisings. I am not at all surprised this has been typical of American foreign policies going back to the US backed Coups in Guatemala and Iran in 1953 and the support given by the US to Saddam 's brutal Regime from 1979 to 1990 when Saddam invaded Kuwait.

Saddam was America's greatest ally when he was engaged in a war with Iran afterwards not so much. The war with Iran would have not lasted more than a few months if America and the West had not been pressing Saddam to keep the war going while they gave him military support.

It forged ever deeper ties with some of the most repressive regimes in the region, building up military basesand brokering weapons sales and transfers to despots from Bahrain to Yemen.

As state security forces across the region cracked down on democratic dissent, the Pentagon also repeatedly dispatched American troops on training missions to allied militaries there. During more than 40 such operations with names like Eager Lion and Friendship Two that sometimes lasted for weeks or months at a time, they taught Middle Eastern security forces the finer points of counterinsurgency, small unit tactics, intelligence gathering, and information operations -- skills crucial to defeating popular uprisings.

These recurrent joint-training exercises, seldom reported in the media and rarely mentioned outside the military, constitute the core of an elaborate, longstanding system that binds the Pentagon to the militaries of repressive regimes across the Middle East. Although the Pentagon shrouds these exercises in secrecy, refusing to answer basic questions about their scale, scope, or cost, an investigation by TomDispatch reveals the outlines of a region-wide training program whose ambitions are large and wholly at odds with Washington’s professed aims of supporting democratic reforms in the Greater Middle East.

On May 19th, President Obama finally addressed the Arab Spring in earnest. He was unambiguous about standing with the protesters and against repressive governments, asserting that “America’s interests are not hostile to people’s hopes; they’re essential to them.”

Video footage from the rally shows educator and activist, Jesse Hagopian, calling for recognition that while the state budget batters education funding it continues to grant large tax breaks to corporations and coddle big banks while it ignores the needs of the bottom ninety-nine percent. He congratulated the students on taking a stand as they refused to pay "for the mistakes of adults":

The withdrawal as we know is not complete since the US will still be occupying the Biggest Embassy in the world in Baghdad where they will insist Iraq do as america pleases and not what may be in the best interest of the Iraqi citizens.
No mention is being made by the President Obama or the Pentagon or by its owners on Wall Street about the over 1,000,000 One Million dead Iraqi civilians or the tens of thousands still held in the most miserable of prisons in Iraq: there is also no mention of the thousands of Iraqis tortured by Americans and by British soldiers and by the Iraqi soldiers who were cozy with the Occupation Forces.
There is little talk about the fact that the Iraq War was an American War of Aggression against a sovereign nation.
The loyal patriotic citizens of Iraq who resisted that foreign illegal and immoral Occupation were designated as "terrorists" as "insurgents" in order that the occupying forces need not be governed by International Law, by the Geneva Conventions or the precedents of the Nuremberg Trials.
The Occupying forces treated the citizens of Iraq as the "enemy".
There is little talk about compensating the millions of Iraqis who were wounded , displaced or killed .
Iraq at one time a couple of decades ago was a modern society which the Americans first by draconian sanctions and then by a scorched earth policy during the Occupation changed the nation into a wasteland .
Even now the electrical power grid is still not up and running as it was during the rule of Saddam. Clean water is still an issue along with sewage treatment and basic services.
The American Military under orders from the White House since 2003 target non-military facilities such as power stations, water treatment plants, schools , hospitals , highways and so forth.
No one seems concerned or wants to remember that US soldiers were told that Iraq was a " free fire zone" in which anyone could be shot, killed, or tortured and incarcerated indefinitely with no legal recourse.
The original War Criminals such as Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Rice, Gonzales, Powell and many others are allowed to go free and collect their government pensions and benefits while millions in Iraq struggle to keep alive and to fight off despair.
And yet the uncritical followers of George W. Bush and of President Obama believe that America being a nation forged they believe by God Himself can do no wrong.
America should not be allowed to act in ways which other nations are criticized or censured for.

And Now Obama and his gang after leaving Iraq and after destroying Libya with 9 months of carpet Bombing are now aiming to kill a couple of million people in Iran and Syria or whatever target seems doable at the moment.

Even in this article below the writer is unwilling to even contemplate that the death toll of Iraqis is greater than the 100,000 the Pentagon tells them .
Even many liberal Americans especially since this became Obama's war are reluctant to examine the facts on the ground.
In the same way as we have seen Obama's supporters tend to downplay all of the horrors visited upon Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya by President Obama and his blood thirsty brutal anti-democratic anti-civil rights Military Machine.


If there were justice in this world or even in American society all of these war criminals would be locked up and shunned by all nations and all peoples.
What the Iraqis should have done is to take away these soldiers rifles and belongings as the Yankee Militias/ The Sons Of Liberty did in the first battles of the American War of Independence. As British Troops and others loyal to the British Empire tried to escape to the man of Wars in the harbor the citizens of the colonies took the weapons and blongings of the soldiers they also commandeered any munitions and cannons as booty. That was true justice and was a deliberate insult to the British Empire and its toadies in the colonies.
Of course in America the true defenders of a Real Democracy were soon defeated by the elites who had no interests of giving equal rights and freedoms to all men in the colonies . And so today the fight in America between the elitist, the Rich and Powerful, the Bankers and Wall Street profiteers and the average citizen who is told to put his destiny in the so-called good, the wise and the wealthy . No mention is being made by the President Obama or the Pentagon or by its owners on Wall Street about the over 1,000,000 One Million dead Iraqi civilians or the tens of thousands still held in the most miserable of prisons in Iraq: there is also no mention of the thousands of Iraqis tortured by Americans and by British soldiers and by the Iraqi soldiers who were cozy with the Occupation Forces.
There is little talk about the fact that the Iraq War was an American War of Aggression against a sovereign nation.
The loyal patriotic citizens of Iraq who resisted that foreign illegal and immoral Occupation were designated as "terrorists" as "insurgents" in order that the occupying forces need not be governed by International Law, by the Geneva Conventions or the precedents of the Nuremberg Trials.
The Occupying forces treated the citizens of Iraq as the "enemy".
There is little talk about compensating the millions of Iraqis who were wounded , displaced or killed .
Iraq at one time a couple of decades ago was a modern society which the Americans first by draconian sanctions and then by a scorched earth policy during the Occupation changed the nation into a wasteland .
Even now the electrical power grid is still not up and running as it was during the rule of Saddam. Clean water is still an issue along with sewage treatment and basic services.
The American Military under orders from the White House since 2003 target non-military facilities such as power stations, water treatment plants, schools , hospitals , highways and so forth.
No one seems concerned or wants to remember that US soldiers were told that Iraq was a " free fire zone" in which anyone could be shot, killed, or tortured and incarcerated indefinitely with no legal recourse.
The original War Criminals such as Bush, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Rice, Gonzales, Powell and many others are allowed to go free and collect their government pensions and benefits while millions in Iraq struggle to keep alive and to fight off despair.
And yet the uncritical followers of George W. Bush and of President Obama believe that America being a nation forged they believe by God Himself can do no wrong.
America should not be allowed to act in ways which other nations are criticized or censured for.

And Now Obama and his gang after leaving Iraq and after destroying Libya with 9 months of carpet Bombing are now aiming to kill a couple of million people in Iran and Syria or whatever target seems doable at the moment.

Even in this article below the writer is unwilling to even contemplate that the death toll of Iraqis is greater than the 100,000 the Pentagon tells them .
Even many liberal Americans especially since this became Obama's war are reluctant to examine the facts on the ground.
In the same way as we have seen Obama's supporters tend to downplay all of the horrors visited upon Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya by President Obama and his blood thirsty brutal anti-democratic anti-civil rights Military Machine.


If there were justice in this world or even in American society all of these war criminals would be locked up and shunned by all nations and all peoples.
What the Iraqis should have done is to take away these soldiers rifles and belongings as the Yankee Militias/ The Sons Of Liberty did in the first battles of the American War of Independence. As British Troops and others loyal to the British Empire tried to escape to the man of Wars in the harbor the citizens of the colonies took the weapons and blongings of the soldiers they also commandeered any munitions and cannons as booty. That was true justice and was a deliberate insult to the British Empire and its toadies in the colonies.
Of course in America the true defenders of a Real Democracy were soon defeated by the elites who had no interests of giving equal rights and freedoms to all men in the colonies . And so today the fight in America between the elitist, the Rich and Powerful, the Bankers and Wall Street profiteers and the average citizen who is told to put his destiny in the so-called good, the wise and the wealthy . As long as Americans or others in the West or other parts of the world buy into this self-serving mythology none shall be free.

There was no triumphalism and certainly no shock or awe. The end of the war in Iraq was subdued and simple: a small band playing as the US forces flag was furled with 200 troops watching on quietly.
