(14) The Murder of another Unarmed Black Man being... - Consciously Aware

Was Antonio Martin killed for attempting to film the police using his cell phone. Or did they think it was a gun. Later police claim to find a gun several hours later after a number of people walked through the area where the gun was found. Was it planted by police. Some officers carry guns to plant -in this case late arriving police may have brought their own plant or one from HQ. (14) The Murder of another Unarmed Black Man being... - Consciously Aware

The Young Turks :No Charges For Cop Who Shot Jordan Baker In Sadly Familiar Story - YouTube

No Charges For Cop Who Shot Jordan Baker In Sadly Familiar Story - YouTube Police in America don't think Black Lives Matter and believe their own lives matter more than anyone else. In fact the police officers main duty & concern is his or her own personal safety & the public can go F... Themselves as is supported by Fox News , the Neocons and Ayn Randians. White Privilege they believe is a part of "Natural Law" and must be maintained at any and all costs. And so it goes, GORD.

George Stinney, 14, Executed In Vile Act Of Injustice, Exonerated 70s Years Late - YouTube

Racism is not just in America's past but continues today as Blacks are targeted by the police and the racist Justice System and its main goal is to marginalize and warehouse Blacks in Ghettos and prisons and this is supported by most white folks in America.
"Justice delayed is justice denied " for George Stinney a black 14 year old.

Black child tortured til he falsely confessed to horrific murder.
He was innocent but it took 70 years to over turn the verdict . He was executed in a government sponsored "Lynching" aka an execution.

Family of the boy were told to leave town or they would all be "Lynched".

from the Youn Turks :

Published on Dec 18, 2014
"Calling it a “great and fundamental injustice,” a South Carolina judge on Wednesday vacated the 1944 murder conviction of 14-year-old George J. Stinney Jr., the youngest person executed in the United States in the last century.

Judge Carmen T. Mullen of Circuit Court did not rule that the conviction of Mr. Stinney for the murder of two white girls in the town of Alcolu was wrong on the merits. She did find, however, that the prosecution had failed in numerous ways to safeguard the constitutional rights of Mr. Stinney, who was black, from the time he was taken into custody until his death by electrocution.

The all-white jury could not be considered a jury of the teenager’s peers, Judge Mullen ruled, and his court-appointed attorney did “little to nothing” to defend him. His confession was most likely coerced and unreliable, she added, “due to the power differential between his position as a 14-year-old black male apprehended and questioned by white, uniformed law enforcement in a small, segregated mill town in South Carolina.”"* The Young Turks hosts Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

Shooter Kills 6, Roams Free MSM Barely Covers Story : The Young Turks

Cenk Uygur at The Young Turks compares the Sydney hostage killings to man in U.S. who shoots and kills six people. Mainstream Media downplays the U.S. story and Cenk wonders about the reasons for this. Is it because the shooter in U.S. case is not a Muslim or Black or is it also because gun violence in America is so common now just an everyday occurrence.

UN Panel Slams U.S. on Police Brutality, Torture, Child Migrants & Gitmo- #ICantBreathe

United Nations Panel Slams U.S. Record on Police Brutality, Torture, Child Migrants & Guantánamo - YouTube

Published on 3 Dec 2014 - As protests continue over the police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, the United States is facing pressure internationally over its failure to put a halt to police brutality. In a new report, the United Nations Committee Against Torture expresses deep concern over the "frequent and recurrent police shootings or fatal pursuits of unarmed black individuals." The Committee also criticizes a number of other U.S. practices on torture and imprisonment, Guantánamo Bay, and the custody of migrants including children in "prison-like detention facilities." We discuss the report's findings with Dr. Jens Modvig, member of the Committee against Torture and one of two rapporteurs for its report. The Killing of Tamir Rice: Cleveland Police Criticized for Shooting 12-Year-Old Holding Toy Gun - YouTube

Published on 5 Dec 2014 -

More than 100 people packed a church in Cleveland, Ohio, for the memorial service of Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old African-American boy shot dead by police last month. Rice, who was in sixth grade, was killed after a 911 caller reported seeing the boy with what turned out to be a pellet gun, which the caller repeatedly said seemed fake. Video shows Cleveland police officer Timothy Loehmann fatally shooting Rice immediately after leaving his cruiser, from a distance of about 10 feet. On Thursday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced the Justice Department has found a pattern or practice of “unreasonable and unnecessary use of force” by the Cleveland Police Department. We speak with Democratic Ohio state Senator Nina Turner, whose district includes Cleveland.

Rampant Malpractice of Media Coverage Of Ferguson -Media's Racist Narrative

Keene Pumpkin Festival Riot- White College Kids -not considered a threat to the nation.

What white people say when confronted by charges of racism in cases in which Black men are shot & Killed

Below Father tries to comfort his child his son not to worry???

Mainstream Media's racist narrative in Ferguson. The anger and rage black people in Ferguson and across the USA are feeling is characterized by the media as unjustified.
The anger and rage felt by Black people is characterized as being primal and primitive which they expect from Black people whom most of the media consider in one way or another as inferior to White people

The looting and rioting is focused on by the Media because it fits their racist narrative of primitive out of control Black people ( as if white people would never do such things just take a look at the Pumpkin Festival riots or other riots over sports events in the USA )

Darren Wilson Shares His Side Of The Story Via TYT

Published on 26 Nov 2014 "A day after a grand jury declined to charge Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting death of Michael Brown, Wilson gave his first public interview on Tuesday. In the interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, taped on Tuesday afternoon, Wilson said he wouldn’t have done anything differently in his deadly altercation with Brown on Aug. 9. The network aired portions of the interview on ABC World News Tonight, with additional parts of the hour-long interview scheduled for Nightline and Good Morning America.
In the first aired segment, Stephanopoulos asked Wilson to recall the events of Aug. 9. Wilson, who could potentially face a civil suit for the shooting, gave answers that mirrored his grand jury testimony. Wilson painted Brown as the aggressor, who threw the first punch while Wilson was in the police car. Brown escalated the confrontation with a “barrage of swinging and grabbing and pulling for about 10 seconds,” Wilson told Stephanopoulos. The officer describes Brown reaching into the car, grabbing his gun, and trying to turn it on Wilson to shoot him. Wilson said he fired on Brown and then exited his car in pursuit."* The Young Turks hosts John Iadarola (, Steve Oh ( and Jimmy Dore ( break it down. *Read more here:
