Maddow's and DEMS Russiagate Hysteria :The Manchurian Candidate (1962) Secretary of Defense Interview

Here is a clip from the movie The Manchurian Candidate in which the senator pushing the Soviet Russia conspiracy theory in the 1960s like those of McCarthyism in the 1950s.

This is an example of the sort of Conspiracy theory being promoted over the last 3 years by MSNBC and Rachel Maddow and the Hillary Clinton supporters who believe the US government is now infiltrated by Russian/Putin secret agents /Puppets and useful idiots.

They all sound as deranged as the character in the film Senator Iselin waving a blank sheet of paper claiming it names names of soviet spies in the US government. Maddow and others have called anyone who doubts the Russian Collusion Conspiracy theory to be bought and paid for agents for Vladimir Putin .

This would include the majority of those over thirteen million US citizens who dared in 2015-2016 and beyond to support left leaning progressives such as Bernie Sanders, AOC, Tulsi Gabbard .

How is it that these psuedo-liberals can not see how extreme they have become since Hillary Clinton lost the election to Trump. So these pseudo-establishment Liberals have called out millions of innocent citizens as being in the pay of Putin and Russia. Does Maddow want all those who did not support Hillary named and shamed and blacklisted which they have done to those journalists and pundits who have called them out on this Russiagate Hysteria.

Now those millions require an apology from the like of demagogues such as Maddow, Whoopi Goldberg, Bill Maher, Joy Behr for smearing Bernie Sanders and all of his supporters. But no instead they are doubling down and creating new Conspiracy theories to create excuses for Hillary losing the election.

One of the fears of the left  is that if an establishment candidate of Democratic Party becomes President who is caught up in this Russiagate Hysteria will they use their power to silence and blacklist all those who dared question the Conspiracy and the motivations behind these conspiracy theories and therefore is democracy doomed in the USA.

So freedom of thought; of conscience and of speech have been under attack by the Democrats not just since 2016 but also during the Obama administration when anyone conservative or liberal who questioned some of or any of Obama's policies was called UnAmerican or a Racist.

  And so it goes, GORD.

White Supremacy from USA to New Zealand : NZ Mosque Shooter Mailed Manifesto to PM Minutes Before Attack

NZ Mosque Shooter Mailed Manifesto to PM Minutes Before Attack

New Zealand's Christchurch killer emailed his 74-page manifesto to the Prime Minister minutes before massacring 50 worshippers.

The white supremacist who killed 50 people in a mosque shooting in New Zealand sent Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern his 74-page diatribe against foreign “invaders” just before launching an attack on innocent worshippers.
RELATED:
The so-called manifesto was emailed nine minutes before the attacks, but it was not enough to stop the attacks, according to Ardern.
"It did not include a location. It did not include specific details ... If we could have [stopped it], we absolutely would have," she told reporters Sunday.
"This was received by over 30 recipients nine minutes before guns were fired. Within two minutes of receipt it went to our parliamentary security," said Ardern. "But again, by the advice of police, by the time those emails were received they were already receiving 911 calls and responding, and someone was taken into custody within 36 minutes."
The killings, termed as “terrorism” by the prime minister, is the worst peacetime mass killing in the country.
Another body was found at the Al Noor mosque Saturday raising the death toll to 50.
Ardern said that “the fact that there was an ideological manifesto with extreme views attached to this attack, of course, that is deeply disturbing,” adding that, “He will certainly face the justice system of New Zealand.”
Brenton Tarrant, the 28-year-old who carried out the attack on two mosques appeared to praise the United States President Donald Trump.
Tarrant praised Trump as "a symbol of renewed white identity and common purpose" while also complementing Anders Breivik, the Norwegian white supremacist who murdered 77 people in Norway in 2011.
He was charged with murder Saturday and the police said he is likely to face further charges on April 5, the day he is due back in court.

ACT for America Tries To Distance Themselves From One of Their 'Most Influential Activists' | Southern Poverty Law Center

ACT for America Tries To Distance Themselves From One of Their 'Most Influential Activists' | Southern Poverty Law Center

An ACT for America chapter leader made national headlines last week for a display at the West Virginia Capitol that appeared to equate Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. with the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
Brenda Arthur, who heads the Charleston, West Virginia, ACT chapter, organized the anti-Muslim display as part of West Virginia Republican Party Day at the state legislature on March 1.
A poster at Arthur’s table featured a picture of the World Trade Center on fire with the caption: “'Never forget' – You said.” It was juxtaposed with an image of Rep. Omar with another caption that read, “I am the proof you have forgotten.” The poster was next to another sign featuring ACT’s logo. Arthur is alsoseen wearing an ACT for America T-shirt.
ACT for America’s national office attempted to distance themselves from the display. The group issued astatement saying, “This was NOT an ACT for America display” and adding that anyone claiming to be with ACT was “doing so without the permission and approval” from the national organization.
Brenda Arthur is far from unknown to ACT. The national office has touted its affiliation with her and showered the West Virginia chapter leader in accolades.
In an email sent by ACT’s founder and chairman Brigitte Gabriel on March 20, 2018, she called Arthur “one of our most influential activists.” Arthur also had a page dedicated to her on ACT national’s website last year. The page, which has been removed, includes an interview with Arthur that includes an anecdote about how she got involved with the group.
I remember how people were in a state of disbelief after 9/11; they could not believe how this terrorist attack happened in the United States. I saw Brigitte Gabriel on television several times and donated to her organization, ACT for America, which passes legislation to fight against the spread of terrorism.
She recalls contacting ACT’s national office, who reportedly provided her with a cache of information about the refugee resettlement program. “It was at that moment that I made the decision to officially become a member of ACT for America,” Arthur said.
The page concludes with a note from ACT that reads, “Like many ACT for America Chapter Presidents, Brenda is making a difference in her community.”
As reported by the Charleston Gazette-Mail, Arthur said she represented ACT when she presented before the state’s House Homeland Security Committee in 2017. Arthur has been active in opposing the state’s refugee resettlement program. Arthur tried to clarify her poster in an op-ed on March 5, calling it an act of “peaceful protest.”
Gabriel is a well-known anti-Muslim figure and continues to influence the anti-Muslim movement. For years, Gabriel has peddled hateful and divisive rhetoric about Muslims and Islam. As a result, ACT’s ranks have swelled with anti-Muslim activists.
In Gabriel’s 2008 book They Must Be Stopped, Gabriel claims that “terrorist attacks” are the “purest form” of Islam. “It’s not radical Islam,” she writes. “It’s what Islam is at its core.”
In the same book, she claims “radicals” are “drinking their Islam straight.” She continues, “the holy book they read is like a bartender who keeps refilling their glasses, reinforcing and motivating them toward greater atrocities, to be committed while in their religious stupor.”
In her 2006 book Because They Hate, she writes, “It is Islam that declared perpetual war on the non-Muslim world. Unless Islam declares peace, Western civilization must defend itself, or disappear.”
Gabriel has encouraged eyeing Muslim lawmakers and public officials with suspicion. In a 2007video produced by the nativist group NumbersUSA, Gabriel called to “scrutinize any Muslim running for [public] office.” She expands on this idea in They Must Be Stopped, writing, “Devout Muslims are employing American democratic institutions in their campaign to destroy us.”
Gabriel said in 2007 that a “practicing Muslim, who believes in the teachings of the Quran, cannot be a loyal citizen of the United States.”
A recent report by The Young Turks revealed that a high-ranking official at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has ties to ACT for America through his spouse. John Barsa, a DHS staffer who served on President Trump’s transition team and is nominated for a position at the United States Agency for International Development, is married to Lisa Piraneo, ACT’s director of government relations.
This past September, at ACT’s annual conference, Gabriel bragged about her influence in the Trump administration, claiming to have standing weekly meetings at the White House.
Last week’s display received bipartisan condemnation from both local and national lawmakers. West Virginia Republican Party Chair Melody Potter claimed the sign was not approved by her party and that the state GOP does “not approve, condone or support hate speech.”
West Virginia Democratic Delegate Mike Pushkin said of the display: “It’s ugly; it’s hateful; and there’s absolutely no place for it in American politics.”

New Zealand attack shows white supremacy is global terrorist movement | Southern Poverty Law Center

New Zealand attack shows white supremacy is global terrorist movement | Southern Poverty Law Center " The atrocity in New Zealand shows us, once again, that we’re dealing with an international terrorist movement linked by a dangerous white supremacist ideology that’s metastasizing in the echo chambers of internet chat rooms and on social media networks. This hatred is even being amplified by our own president, who speaks of an “invasion of our country.” The killer’s manifesto bears the unmistakable fingerprints of the so-called alt-right, both in tone and reference. It celebrates the Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik as well as Charleston terrorist Dylann Roof. It speaks of “invaders” who will “replace” white people. This is the very same kind of language used by Roof and numerous other white supremacists who have committed or attempted acts of terror. On his weapon, the killer wrote the white supremacist slogan known as the 14 words – “We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children” – coined by the infamous neo-Nazi terrorist David Lane. In this case, a killer attacked Muslims worshiping at two mosques. In October, a killer massacred Jews at a synagogue in Pittsburgh. Though the victims were different, and the attacks came in different parts of the world, the terrorists shared the same ideology of white supremacist hate. We – and that includes policymakers and the law enforcement community, in particular – must begin to view what we call “domestic terrorism” through a global lens, just as we do the threat of groups like ISIS, because the growing white supremacist movement represents a clear and present threat to democracies across the world..."

Media Failure: NPR’s Source on Mosque Murders Can’t Recall People Ever Being Murdered in a Mosque Before | FAIR

NPR’s Source on Mosque Murders Can’t Recall People Ever Being Murdered in a Mosque Before | FAIR

NPR and other Mainstream Media once again fail to fairly represent the enormity
of Islamophobia and hatred of Islam and of all Muslims.

In the NPR report on the mass shooting at the Mosque in Christchurch New Zealand
they appeared to accept the erroneous claim of a spokesperson for the ADL Anti-Defamation League that there had never been a mass killing or shooting in a Mosque anywhere in recent memory.

So even some supposedly Human Rights groups either are unaware of anti-Muslim hate speech
and the murder of innocent Muslims or they choose to downplay any form of hatred of Muslims .
But especially since 9/11 Islamophobia and the groups and individuals fueling Islamophobia have been on the rise but the media and I think most Westerners do not want to face this fact or just don't care .

This type of attitude of indifference and ignorance of the wide spread violent attacks on Muslims
is one way for this hatred and violence to grow unchecked .
So we are supposed to accept that certain forms of hate or various religions or races exist
such as Anti-semitism while Islamophobia is not a real issue these are just the acts of a few unrelated individuals ie Lone Wolfs , Mentally ill men and not part of an ongoing systemic hatred fueled by Western Governments and the Western Media ???

JIM NAURECKAS

"...On NPR‘s Morning Edition (3/15/19), Jonathan Greenblatt, the director of the Anti-Defamation League, was interviewed by host David Greene about the mass murder of 49 people at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. Asked by Greene “how common” it is for online hate speech to turn into a “mass shooting this terrible,” Greenblatt responded:

Well, I think this act of violence really doesn’t have a precedent as far as we know, murdering people in a mosque like this, and the social media dimension is something new. However, hate speech online is an increasing problem.

Greene didn’t react on the air to Greenblatt’s claim that there’s never been a mass murder in a mosque before. But of course, this is far from the first Islamophobic murder to take place in a mosque.

A little more than two years ago, on January 29, 2017, six people were killed by a gunman at the Islamic Cultural Centre of Quebec City in Canada. Last year, covering the sentencing of murderer Alexandre Bissonnette, the New York Times (5/5/18) reported that

more than a year after the Jan. 29, 2017, rampage, Canada is still grappling with Mr. Bissonnette’s crime. It shocked the nation and underlined the perils of Islamophobia and the far right in a country that prides itself on its multiculturalism and tolerance.

Similar to accounts of the Australian immigrant charged in the Christchurch murders, the Quebec City shooter was described by the Times as “drawn to far-right ideas, fueled by the election of Mr. Trump and fanned by fears that immigrants threatened Quebec’s identity.”

NYT: Quebec Mosque Shooter Was Consumed by Refugees, Trump and Far Right
A year after a mass shooting at a Quebec City mosque, the New York Times (5/5/18) reported on how Quebec’s identity was shaken.

Another famous mosque attack—as Mondoweiss (3/15/19) pointed out in a post on the NPR interview—occurred in Hebron in the Occupied West Bank on February 25, 1994, in the Cave of the Patriarchs (Extra!, 5–6/94). Baruch Goldstein, a member of the Israeli army reserves, entered the site sacred to both Judaism and Islam and opened fire while Muslims were praying there, killing 29 before he himself was killed. This act of terrorism still casts a shadow over Israeli politics, as Haaretz (2/26/19) recently reported in an article about a Knesset debate over Goldstein’s burial place:

The killer’s grave has become over the years a pilgrimage site for extremist Jews who support him, and a shrine to his memory was set up next to his tomb.

Perhaps the biggest mosque-related mass murder occurred in the Philippines on September 24, 1974, when some 1,500 members of the Moro people were rounded up by the Philippine army and killed in a mosque in the village of Malisbong.

Other anti-Muslim mosque attacks include the 25 worshipers killed on October 11, 2017, at a mosque in Kembe, Central African Republic; the 20 people slaughtered at the Han Tha mosque in Taungoo, Myanmar, in May 2001; and the 147 victims of the Kattankudy mosque massacre in Sri Lanka on August 3, 1990.

Mosques have also been frequent targets of Islamic extremists, particularly Salafist militants such as ISIS attacking Shia and Sufi religious centers. The deadliest terrorist attack in Egyptian history took place on November 24, 2017, at the al-Rawda mosque in the Sinai Peninsula, when some 40 attackers, suspected of being affiliated with ISIS, killed 311 Sufi worshipers (New York Times, 12/1/17).

That none of this was recalled, either by the host of Morning Edition or the director of a group that presents itself as a “global leader in exposing extremism” with a mission “to secure justice and fair treatment for all,” is a testament to the failure of our information systems to give due weight to violence against Muslims—and the consequent dangerous impoverishment of our collective memory..."

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Asks: ‘What Good Are Your Thoughts And Prayers?’ | Michael Stone

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez asks “What good are your thoughts and prayers?” after 49 people were killed and 20 seriously injured in a terror attack targeting two mosques in New Zealand. After the devastating terrorist attack conducted by anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim, white supremacists in the New Zealand city of Christchurch, Ocasio-Cortez tweeted: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ✔
 @AOC
At 1st I thought of saying, “Imagine being told your house of faith isn’t safe anymore.” But I couldn’t say “imagine.” Because of Charleston. Pittsburgh. Sutherland Springs. What good are your thoughts & prayers when they don’t even keep the pews safe? 84.3K 1:13 AM - Mar 15, 2019 31.3K

Expanding on her tweet Ocasio-Cortez opined: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ✔ @AOC Replying to @AOC This is a time of great vulnerability for our communities. We must come together, fight for each other, & stand up for neighbors. Isolation, dehumanizing stereotypes, hysterical conspiracy theories, & hatred ultimately lead to the anarchy of violence. We cannot stand for it. 45.7K 1:30 AM - Mar 15, 2019 10.6K

Ocasio-Cortez noted that her condemnation of the expression “thoughts and prayers” was aimed at the NRA: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez ✔ @AOC Replying to @AOC (“Thoughts and prayers” is reference to the NRA’s phrase used to deflect conversation away from policy change during tragedies. Not directed to PM Ardern, who I greatly admire.) 33.1K 2:00 AM - Mar 15, 2019

New Zealand mosque attacks: Politicians and media have blood on their hands By Siema Iqbal

New Zealand mosque attacks: Politicians and media have blood on their hands
By Siema Iqbal

March 15, 2019 "Information Clearing House" -  We woke to news of at least 49 Muslims murdered in New Zealand by far-right fanatics.
We watched - or consciously avoided watching - in horror the live-streamed footage of Muslims being gunned down while praying. How depraved has society become when social media is used to lionise massacres?

I had to tell my children about the attack. I told them not to watch the videos or to be afraid of being who they are: Muslims.

Spreading hatred

Today, the media and politicians like American president Donald Trump and former British foreign secretary Boris Johnson, have condemned the attacks. The same media and the same politicians have helped spread hatred against Muslims and Islam. They have blood on their hands.
This terrible mass murder was committed on the other side of the world supposedly in the name of "Europe". There are lessons for us here in Britain, just as there are across the world.
This hatred is institutional. We knew Islamophobia was endemic in the Conservative party, but we turned a blind eye. Not anymore.

Do not dare say that Islamophobia does not exist. The media and politicians must be held to account.

If we allow fanatics to turn up outside mosques with their banners of hate, and give airtime and social media platforms to the likes of Tommy Robinson and Katie Hopkins, this is what happens.

If we continue to allow “think-tanks” to provide ammunition to parliamentarians and far-right leaders under the guise of “credible reports”, this is what happens.

Worldwide bigotry

This type of hatred is not confined to any country, but is widespread across the world.
Muslims are imprisoned in China; there are attacks on Muslims by Hindu nationalists in India; Rohingya Muslims are being ethnically cleansed in Myanmar. All of this is done in the name of tackling “extremism”, while ignoring the bigotry all around us.

Politicians might speak of their concern for the victims and families, but on a daily basis, many people are targeted by the far-right, as politicians have enabled a destructive discourse.

It’s time to admit that the UK’s Prevent strategy is not working. The “war on terror” has only fuelled hatred of Muslims in the general population, and distrust of the state among Muslim communities.

In 2013, the UK nearly suffered a similar attack against multiple mosques. Mosque security should be a major priority going forward..."

Bernie Sanders kickoff rally in Brooklyn - Nina Tuner's great speech!

Bernie Sanders Supporters Out in FULL FORCE for 2020 Kickoff Rally

MSNBC’s Ali Velshi Chokes On His Own Propaganda LeeCamp at Redacted Tonight

Lee Camp breaksdown the Propaganda Narrative of MSNBC and the Mainstream Media in the USA in the video below . But first my take on this :

Interesting that Prime Minster Trudeau and the Canadian govt and millions of so called liberals in our country and in the USA support the overthrow of an elected government in order to get rid of Maduro whom the Mainstream Media call a "Socialist" government.

The racism and arrogance of Americans and Canadians is palpable as it is in so many conflicts from Vietnam to Iraq, to Iran to Syria and to Libya, Honduras , Brazil etc.

Venezuela 's military is now labeled as "Forces Loyal to Maduro" They don't bother to tell you that Guaido and his supporters are people of white European heritage and that Maduro's supporters are mostly indigenous peoples and people of color. America does not want People of Color controlling
these foreign governments because Only those of White European descent  are supposed
to have real power anywhere and especially in the Americas which even racist Bill Maher calls America's Backyard .

So for some unknown reason the USA has the RIGHT to decide who is to be the legitimate head of such countries and to Hell with what the people may want ???
